Stefan D'Bart (from English electro duo Switch 22) is currently touring Europe as background vocalist for Anastacia. At the same time he is working on his own solo carreer and with the song "The day" which is written and produced by HitparkMusic. Further co-writes are planned which we look forward to as Stefan is a delight to work with.

Thea Saliba from Malta came to London to record a new song written for her by HitparkMusic and Laurence Hobbs (Blueroom Production). HitparkMusic also did the production. Thea has had a lot of success in her home country Malta where she has had several songs on the charts.

Cut with new sensation Luigi Masi, who recently toured with Sugababes and Girls Aloud. The song will appear on his album together with songs by Timbaland and Jim Beanz among others. The song has been recorded and produced by Jewels&Stone who has previously worked with names like Rachel Stevens and S-Club7.

The Swedish band Bobby will release their second album in November. The first single "The Ghost of You Remains" is now in stores. The title track, is remixed by HitparkMusic, with a lovely flavour of the glamourous 80-s.

HitparkMusic receives a Double Platinum Award for Christina Stuermer's album "Schwarz Weiss" including the HitparkMusic track "So wie ich bin". The album has been a huge chart success and has reached sales of 400.000 copies in Germany.

Today the young girl band "The Gemz" released their album "Blue is for girls" including the song "You're no good" written by HitparkMusic. The Gemz are based in Florida and play energetic and catchy punk/pop songs. In spite of their young age they are very experienced and tour a lot. In the past year they have shared stage with many big names by touring with Disney/Radio Disney.

Today the successful German dance act The Real Booty Babes released their album "Connected", including the song "Somebody else" which HitparkMusic has co-written with Jan Lochel (Germany). The first single from the album went straight in at #12 on the German dance chart. "Somebody else" is a strong candidate for a follow-up single.

An album with Chang Yao, a chinese popstar, featuring the HitParkMusic track "Here I go again" was released by EMI. The track was adapted to Mandarin (standard Chinese). Great sales are expected.
